White Crane Master Kerry Bushue

7th Degree Black Belt


Master Kerry Bushue Master Bushue was born in Beecher City, Ill. in 1965. He began his training in the Martial Arts in 1980. He obtained his 1st Degree Black Belt in Shudo-kan karate from Grandmaster David Landers in 1987. He obtained his 2nd Degree Black Belt in 1993 and was accepted as Grandmaster Lander's Disciple in the White Cobra. He received his 3rd Degree Black Belt in 1994, and his 4th Degree Black Belt in 1997.

Mr. Bushue received his 5th Degree Black Belt Masters Promotion from the Governing Council of C&S Self Defense Association on November 4, 2004 at the C&S Self Defense Association's Master Candidate Review. He received his 6th Degree Black Belt from the Governing Council of C&S Self Defense Association on November 15, 2015. In recognition for his work bringing a student up through the ranks to 5th Degree Black Belt Master level, he was awarded the rank of 7th Degree Black Belt and the title of Grandmaster at the 2017 Master Candidate Review.

Mr. Bushue started his first school in 1987, in Orange, TX. after graduating from Lake Land College with an associates degree in civil engineering technology. In 1987 he moved to Orange, TX. where he worked for the Texas Department of Transportation as a civil engineering construction project manager. In 1992, while still working for the Texas Department of Transportation he moved to Tyler, TX. to take a position as a civil engineering design project manager and was the head instructor for the Personal Protection Agency in Tyler, TX.

Master Bushue lives in Beecher City, IL and is head instructor of White Crane Martial Arts there.
